Energy-saving Optimization and Effect of Aromatic Hydrocarbon Extraction Unit
By analyzing the energy consumption of aromatics extraction unit,the main factors affecting energy consumption were found out,and the steam consumption was reduced by reducing the steam taste of reboiler,further optimizing the heat exchange network and optimizing the back-end process.After the implementation of the optimization measures,the energy saving effect was good,being of great significance to reduce the burning cost of the device.
