Analysis and Treatment of Abnormal Benzene Content in Mixed Xylene Products of Aromatic Extraction Unit
The abnormal benzene content in xylene products after the major overhaul of the aromatics extraction unit was analyzed,and it was studied from four aspects including the composition of the xylene tower feed,the analysis of internal leakage in the heat exchanger,and the temperature of active clay and clay feed.The reasons were ultimately confirmed,and relevant measures were formulated.
