摘要
对芳烃抽提装置大检修开工后出现二甲苯产品中苯含量异常的情况进行了分析,从二甲苯塔进料组成、换热器内漏分析、活性白土及白土进料温度四个方面进行了研究,最终确认原因并制定了相关措施.
Abstract
The abnormal benzene content in xylene products after the major overhaul of the aromatics extraction unit was analyzed,and it was studied from four aspects including the composition of the xylene tower feed,the analysis of internal leakage in the heat exchanger,and the temperature of active clay and clay feed.The reasons were ultimately confirmed,and relevant measures were formulated.
