摘要
通过对比几种目前较为成熟的VOCs改造处理方案,并根据芳烃抽提苯系污染物较多的情况,选择蓄热氧化法(RTO)对装置VOCs进行改造脱除,以达到环保要求.同时建议新建装置使用压力容器,以从根本上去除苯系外溢污染.
Abstract
By comparing several currently mature VOCs transformation and treatment schemes,and considering the high amount of benzene series pollutants in aromatic hydrocarbon extraction,the thermal storage oxidation method(RTO)was selected to transform and remove VOCs from the device,in order to meet environmental protection requirements.At the same time,it was recommended to use pressure vessels for new installations to fundamentally eliminate benzene series overflow pollution.
