摘要
介绍了中国造纸行业现状,总结了黑液处理技术的工艺及特点,针对草浆造纸黑液处理的可行性进行了分析.最后,提出了采用循环流化床低温气化技术处理草浆造纸黑液的新思路,该方法能够解决低碳转化率的问题,有望成为处理草浆造纸黑液的最佳选择.
Abstract
The current status of China's paper industry was introduced,the process and characteristics of black liquor treatment technology were summarized,and the feasibility of treating black liquor from grass pulp papermaking was analyzed.Finally,a new approach to using circulating fluidized bed low-temperature gasification technology to treat black liquor from grass pulp papermaking was proposed,to solve the problem of low carbon conversion rate and be expected to become the best choice for treating black liquor from grass pulp papermaking.
