近年来,含油污泥带来的环境污染问题越来越严重.介绍了含油污泥的来源及危害,概述了国内外常见的含油污泥处理方法、各种处理方法的适用范围及其优缺点.阐述了超声空化技术处理含油污泥的机理,针对其在工业化应用上的局限性,提出了一种水力空化技术处理含油污泥的工艺.综述了常见的水力空化反应器、水力空化技术的应用、水力空化技术处理含油污泥的优势,为含油污泥处理方法提供新的思路,促进含油污泥处理方法的研究与发展.
Development Status of Oily Sludge Treatment Methods
In recent years,the environmental pollution caused by oily sludge has become more and more serious.In this paper,the main sources and hazards of oily sludge were introduced,and the common treatment methods of oily sludge at home and abroad were summarized,as well as the application scope of various treatment methods,and their advantages and disadvantages.The mechanism of treating oily sludge by ultrasonic cavitation technology was expounded,and in view of its limitations in industrial application,a process of treating oily sludge by hydraulic cavitation technology was put forward.The common hydraulic cavitation reactors,the application of hydraulic cavitation technology and the advantages of hydraulic cavitation technology in treating oily sludge were summarized,providing new ideas for oily sludge treatment to promote the research and development of oily sludge treatment methods.
