摘要
磷酸镁水泥(MPC)具有凝结速度快,早期强度高,耐磨性高以及黏结性高等优点,使其在机场跑道、高速公路和市政道路的快速修补方面以及有害物质的固化等领域很受欢迎.但磷酸镁水泥水化极快,凝结时间非常短,导致工程施工无法进行.综述了磷酸镁水泥凝结时间受原材料、缓凝剂、掺合料、配合比等因素影响的新成果.其高脆性的特点限制了它的工程应用,对各种MPC基纤维复合材料的研究进展进行了梳理,讨论了磷酸镁水泥的发展前景.
Abstract
Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)has the advantages of fast setting speed,high early strength,high wear resistance and high adhesion,making it popular in the rapid repair of airport runways,highways and municipal roads,as well as the curing of harmful substances.However,the hydration of magnesium phosphate cement is very fast and the setting time is very short,which makes the engineering construction impossible.The new results of magnesium phosphate cement setting time affected by raw materials,retarder,admixture,mix ratio and other factors were reviewed.Its high brittleness limits its engineering application,and the research progress of various MPC matrix fiber composites was sorted out,and the development prospect of magnesium phosphate cement was discussed.
