摘要
二氧化钛薄膜因具有性能稳定、制造成本低廉、绿色环保等优势而广泛应用于建筑、交通、新能源等行业.从二氧化钛薄膜的制备、表征以及实际应用等方面进行简要阐述,重点讨论了影响二氧化钛薄膜性能的因素,分析了存在的问题,并对二氧化钛薄膜未来应用做出了展望.
Abstract
TiO2 film is widely used in construction,transportation,new energy and other industries because of its stable performance,low manufacturing cost and green environmental protection.Based on this,the preparation,characterization and practical application of TiO2 film were expounded,the factors affecting the performance of TiO2 film were discussed,the existing problems were analyzed,and the future application of TiO2 film was prospected.
