摘要

干式空冷器利用取之不尽的环境空气作为冷却介质,是一种非常经济的冷却、冷凝设备,在石油化工行业里被大量使用.干式空冷器的冷却效果主要由传热系数、换热面积和换热温差决定.本文主要从换热温差入手,引进新型蒸发预冷器,其不同于传统喷雾增湿方法,能够有效降低来流空气温度,同时保护翅片管.

Abstract

Dry air cooler utilizes inexhaustible ambient air as the cooling medium and is a very economical cooling and condensing equipment,it is widely used in the petrochemical industry.The cooling effect of dry air cooler is mainly determined by the heat transfer coefficient,heat transfer area and heat transfer temperature difference.In this paper,starting from the temperature difference of heat exchange,a new evaporation precooler being different from the traditional spray humidification method was introduced to effectively reduce the incoming air temperature,while protecting the fin tubes.
