一种无碳氮化硼前驱体的合成

以三氯化硼、二甲胺和氨气为原料,通过两步反应制得无碳六方氮化硼前驱体三胺基环硼氮烷及其聚合物,通过 FTIR、1 H NMR对此无碳前驱体进行表征.将三胺基环硼氮烷及其聚合物在氮气气氛下烧结,制得六方氮化硼晶体,通过FTIR、XRD、SEM对六方氮化硼的结构进行表征.结果表明:以三胺基环硼氮烷及其聚合物为前驱体在氮气气氛下加热至1 600℃,烧结6 h,得到不含碳且结晶度较好的六方氮化硼晶体,进一步表明前驱体为无碳前驱体.
Synthesis of a Carbon-free Boron Nitride Precursor
Using boron trichloride,dimethylamine and ammonia as raw materials,a carbon-free hexagonal boron nitride precursor,triaminocycloboron nitride,and its polymers were prepared through a two-step reaction.The carbon-free precursor was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR.Hexagonal boron nitride crystals were prepared by sintering triaminocycloboron nitride and its polymers under nitrogen atmosphere.The structure of hexagonal boron nitride was characterized by FTIR,XRD,and SEM.The results showed that using triaminocycloboron nitride and its polymers as precursors,heating to 1 600℃under nitrogen atmosphere,and sintering for 6 h,a hexagonal boron nitride crystal with good crystallinity and no carbon was obtained,further indicating that the precursor was a carbon-free precursor.
