Study on Effect of Different Aging Methods on Contents of Vinyl Chloride,Vinylidene Chloride and Epichlorohydrin in PVC Film
Aging is an important factor affecting the quality of food contact materials. In this paper, different aging conditions were set up to investigate the effects of aging condition changes on the contents of vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and epichlorohydrin in PVC films. The results showed that the artificial thermal oxygen aging method promoted the migration of vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and epichlorohydrin in PVC films to a certain extent. The precipitation contents of vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and epichlorohydrin in PVC films after hot water treatment and microwave radiation have no obvious change compared with those of vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride and epichlorohydrin before aging. The experimental results can provide technical reference for reasonable and safe use of PVC film.
