固体酸棒在注水井酸化增压的应用

针对低渗透油田注水井后期结垢、注水压力大和油田开发成本增加等问题,研发一种缓慢释放活性物质的固体酸产品,通过溶解性实验、解堵性实验、N80 钢片的腐蚀性实验、室内静态评价实验和室内动态评价实验对其性能进行表征.结果表明:固体酸对于无机垢溶解效果较好,对管柱腐蚀性小,作用距离长和时间长,无残留.在现场应用中,通过不间断地投放固体酸,溶解无机杂质,增加地层的流通通道,降低注水压力,取得较好的解堵增注效果.
Application of a Solid Acid Rod in Acidizing Pressurization of Water Injection Wells
Aiming at the problems of scaling,high water injection pressure and increasing oilfield development cost in the late stage of water injection wells in low permeability oilfields,a kind of solid acid product with slow release of active substances was developed,and its performance was characterized through the solubility experiment,plugging removal experiment,N80 steel corrosion experiment,indoor static evaluation experiment and indoor dynamic evaluation experiment.The results showed that the solid acid had good dissolution effect on inorganic scale,little corrosion to pipe string,long action distance and long time,and no residue.In the field application,the solid acid was continuously added to dissolve inorganic impurities,increase the circulation channel of the formation and reduce the water injection pressure,and good plugging removal and injection increase effects were achieved.
