摘要

CO甲烷化被认为是煤制合成天然气最核心的反应,而该反应的关键在于催化剂的开发.Ni基催化剂由于其性能优异、价格低廉等特点而受到广泛的关注.针对应用于CO甲烷化反应的Ni基催化剂,着重论述了载体和助剂对催化剂的影响以及Ni基催化剂表面CO甲烷化反应机理,最后对未来的研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract

CO methanation is considered to be the most important reaction to synthesize natural gas from coal,and the key of this reaction is the development of catalyst.Ni-based catalyst has been widely concerned because of its excellent performance and low price.In this paper,for the Ni-based catalyst used in CO methanation reaction,the influence of support and additives on the catalyst and the mechanism of CO methanation reaction on the surface of Ni-based catalyst were emphatically discussed.Finally,the future research direction was prospected.
