不对称催化构建轴手性化合物的研究进展

多数具有重要生理活性的天然产物和手性药物分子中都含具有轴手性骨架,研究如何构建具有轴手性化合物并将其应用于手性药物及天然产物的高效合成具有十分重大的实际意义.对联芳基、杂联芳基以及其他类型的轴手性化合物的研究进展进行了讨论,并对轴手性化合物的不对称催化合成策略作了重点介绍,同时举例说明所得轴手性化合物的潜在应用价值.
Research Progress in Asymmetric Catalytic Construction of Axially Chiral Compounds
Most of the natural products and chiral drug molecules with important physiological activities contain axial chiral skeletons,and it is of great practical significance to study how to construct axial chiral compounds and apply them to the efficient synthesis of chiral drugs and natural products.In this paper,the research progress of biaryl,heteroaryl,and other types of axial chiral compounds was discussed,and the asymmetric catalytic synthesis strategies of axial chiral compounds were introduced,and the potential application value of the obtained axial chiral compounds was illustrated by examples.
