Energy-saving Transformation of Flue Gas Waste Heat Recovery System of Heating Furnace of Reforming Unit
Five cylindrical boilers in a reforming combined unit of a company share a set of flue gas waste heat recovery system,and the flue gas temperature is high for a long time(over 140℃)during operation,which has a lot of energy-saving space.In this paper,the energy recovery process of the waste heat recovery system of the cylinder furnace was mainly introduced,the waste heat energy recovery of the cylinder furnace flue gas and the existing energy saving space were discussed,and the energy-saving transformation scheme of the waste heat recovery of the cylinder furnace flue gas and the benefit calculation after the transformation were finally introduced.
