Research on The technology of Oxalic Acid Production by Hydrolysis of Dimethyl Oxalate
The current and future market prospects of oxalic acid were analyzed,and the development of its production technology was explored.Oxalic acid is a key chemical with important chemical application.It is widely used in many fields.It is of great significance to deeply explore the production process of oxalic acid.In this article,the technical route of oxalic acid production was introduced,the technology of synthesizing dimethyl oxalate by carbonylation and then hydrolyzing with water to prepare oxalic acid was discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of this technology were analyzed.Some opinions on environmental protection,diversity of intermediate products,process complexity and energy consumption are obtained.
