摘要
间硝法浓硝酸装置中材料的选用,不仅要考虑硝酸的浓度,还需要考虑其工作的环境温度;同时要加强工艺操作,确保材料在合适的工作条件下使用.本文通过结合实际生产情况,总结材料的选用及设备防腐措施经验,可供同行业参考.
Abstract
The selection of materials for concentrated nitric acid plant with indirect nitric acid process should not only consider the concentration of nitric acid,but also consider the working environment temperature;At the same time,the process operation should be strengthened to ensure that the materials are used under appropriate working conditions.Based on the actual production situation,the experience of material selection and anti-corrosion measures for reference in the same industry were summarized.
