摘要
在充分论述了石油化工建设项目设备对化工企业的重要性后,列举了项目建设前期、中期常见的典型性问题,分析其原因,针对项目建设期内各关键节点,从项目管理角度提出了提前分类管理、特种设备及时报备、重视专业交叉、加强焊接管理等管理措施和建议.
Abstract
After fully discussing the importance of petrochemical construction project equipment to chemical enterprises,the common typical problems in the early and middle stages of the project construction were enumerated,the reasons were analyzed,and aiming at the key nodes in the project construction period,from the point of view of project management,some management measures and suggestions were put forward,such as early classified management,timely reporting of special equipment,attaching importance to professional crossing,strengthening welding management,etc..
