水中二甲基酮肟测定方法的应用优化对比研究

通过对实际生产中的给水进行测试,并采用分光光度法来研究实验条件.具体优化了绘制标准工作曲线时工作液使用量、酸度、加热时间以及比色皿对实验结果的影响.结果表明:在绘制工作曲线时,分别取0.50 mL、1.00 mL、2.00 mL、3.00 mL、4.00 mL、5.00 mL二甲基酮肟工作溶液,加入0.50 mL高铁溶液,1.00 mL浓度为 0.15 mol/L的硫酸溶液,于沸水浴中加热5 min,加入10.00 mL缓冲试剂混合液,于510 nm波长下,用5 cm比色皿测定吸光度绘制的工作曲线,结果显示较好的线性关系,测定结果更准确可靠,同时实验误差明显降低、精密度显著提高.
Comparative Study on Application Optimization of Determination Methods for Dimethyl Ketoxime in Water
The boiler feedwater in actual production was determined,and research on experimental conditions was conducted by using spectrophotometry.Specifically,the working liquid usage,acidity,heating time,and the impact of colorimetric dishes on experimental results during constructing the standard working curve were optimized.The results showed that good linearity,and more accurate and reliable measurement results were obtained when constructing the working curve by taking 0.50 mL,1.00 mL,2.00 mL,3.00 mL,4.00 mL and 5.00 mL of dimethyl ketoxime working solution with 0.50 mL of ferric solution,1.00 mL of sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 0.15 mol·L-1,heating for 5 min in a boiling water bath,and adding 10.00 mL of buffer reagent mixture,measuring absorbance at 510 nm wavelength using a 5 cm colorimetric dish.Moreover,the experimental errors were significantly reduced,and precision was markedly improved.
