随着能源和环境压力的出现和电动汽车等的快速发展,需要发展高效的超级电容器来储存电力.现有的超级电容器面临着能量密度较低等问题,而开发新型高比电容的电极材料是提升能量密度的有效途径.过渡金属化合物因其比电容高、氧化态丰富、较低的生产成本等优点,成为理想的电极材料.介绍了过渡金属碳酸盐、过渡金属硫化物及复合材料作为超级电容器正极材料的研究进展.
Research Progress of Cathode Materials for Supercapacitors
With the emergence of energy and environmental pressures and the rapid development of electric vehicles,efficient supercapacitors need be developed to store electricity.Existing supercapacitors are faced with the problem of low energy density.Developing new electrode materials with high specific capacitance is an effective way to increase energy density.Transition metal compounds are ideal electrode materials because of their high specific capacitance,abundant oxidation states and low production cost.In this paper,the research progress of transition metal carbonate,transition metal sulfide and their composites as electrode materials for supercapacitors was introduced.
