Cu掺杂CeO2纳米材料的制备及催化一氧化碳氧化的研究

实验采用溶剂热和高温处理的方法制备了不同铜负载量的多孔纳米CuCeO2催化剂,通过SEM、XRD、TEM及XPS等对复合催化剂的形貌、结构、性能等进行了表征.考察了掺杂 0~10%的CuCeO2 催化剂对一氧化碳氧化的催化影响.研究结果表明,与CeO2 相比,Cu掺杂的CeO2 复合空心微球表现出更强的 CO 氧化活性,随着 Cu 质量分数的增加,Cu 掺杂的 CeO2 的催化活性先增加后减少,其中,5%CuCeO2催化剂催化活性最好,一氧化碳在140 oC即被完全氧化.
Study on Preparation of Cu Doped CeO2 Nanomaterials and Enhanced Catalytic Activity for CO Oxidation
Porous nano CuCeO2 catalysts with different copper loadings were prepared by solvothermal and high temperature treatment.The morphology,structure and properties of the composite catalysts were characterized by SEM,XRD,TEM and XPS.The catalytic effect of CuCeO2 doped with 0~10%on carbon monoxide oxidation was investigated.The results showed that,compared with CeO2,Cu-doped CeO2 composite hollow microspheres had stronger CO oxidation activity.With the increase of Cu content,the catalytic activity of Cu-doped CeO2 first increased and then decreased.Among them,5%CuCeO2 catalyst had the best catalytic activity,and carbon monoxide was completely oxidized at 140℃.
