EVA胶膜改性对抗PID性能的影响

光伏组件的抗PID性能影响组件的发电效率和使用寿命,被光伏行业广泛关注.EVA胶膜是光伏组件的主要封装材料之一,其具有优异的性价比,但随着光伏行业技术革新,对封装材料抗PID要求越来越高.通过实验将2种不同配方改性的EVA胶膜与普通EVA胶膜进行了性能比对,研究发现添加了高阻助剂的改性EVA胶膜B和添加了离子捕捉剂的改性EVA胶膜C具有良好的抗PID性能,其中胶膜C抗PID的稳定性更好.
Effect of EVA Film Modification on Anti-PID Performance
The anti-PID performance of PV module affects the generation efficiency and service life of the module,which is widely concerned by the PV industry.Eva film is one of the main packaging materials of PV module,it has excellent cost-performance ratio,but with the technical innovation of PV industry,the demand of anti-PID packaging materials is higher and higher.The performance of EVA film modified by two different formulations was compared with that of ordinary EVA film,it was found that modified EVA film B with high resistive agent and modified EVA film C with ion catcher had good anti-PID performance,and the anti-PID stability of film C was better.
