Study on Treatment of Phenol-containing Coal Chemical Wastewater by Internal Circulation Rotary Disk Extraction Column
The coal chemical wastewater contains a large number of phenolic compounds, ammonia, petroleum, cyanide and other substances, which is difficult to treat. In order to recover phenols, the continuous extraction experiment of phenol-containing wastewater from coal chemical industry was carried out by using the internal circulation turntable extraction tower with methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK)as the extractant. The influence of factors such as oil-water ratio,pH,reflux ratio, stirring speed and reaction time on the extraction effect of phenol-containing wastewater was investigated by single factor method. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows:the influent pH was 5,the oil-water ratio was 1∶10,the reflux ratio was 300%,the stirring speed was 250 r·min-1,and the reaction time was 26.69 min.Under the optimal test conditions, the volatile phenol mass concentration in the effluent was 100.6 mg·L-1,and the removal rate was 93.55%.
