探究PVC生产工艺及改性方法研究

聚氯乙烯(PVC)具有良好的耐酸碱性、耐腐蚀性、阻燃性以及电绝缘性,同时PVC加工性能好且生产成本低,因此被广泛应用于电线电缆、医疗器械、玩具、食品包装以及建筑材料等方面.PVC 制品在加工过程中通常需要添加大量增塑剂来改善其使用性能.由于制品的增塑剂在长期使用过程中可能会存在挥发等一系列问题,不仅会造成制品性能下降,而且对环境和人体有一定毒害作用.近年来,通过化学改性方法将增塑剂共价连接到PVC分子链上以避免增塑剂迁移的策略已经成为研究热点.综述了PVC的性质及应用领域,重点介绍了近年来PVC改性方法的研究进展.
Research on PVC Production Process and Modification Methods
Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)has very good acid and alkali resistance,corrosion resistance,flame retardant and electrical insulation,and PVC processing performance is good and production cost is low,so it is widely used in wire and cable,medical equipment,toys,food packaging and building materials.PVC products in the process of processing usually need to add a lot of plasticizer to improve its performance.A series of problems such as volatilization may occur in the long term use of plasticizer,which will not only cause degradation of product performance,but also cause certain toxicity to the environment and human body.In recent years,the strategy of covalently connecting plasticizer to PVC molecular chain by chemical modification to avoid plasticizer migration has become a research hotspot.In this paper,the properties and application fields of PVC were reviewed,and the research progress of PVC modification methods in recent years was highlighted.
