催化气压机干气密封改造后应用分析

早期催化气压机密封多为浮环密封,存在可靠性低、油消耗量大的问题,目前已逐渐被性能更加可靠、清洁的干气密封所取代.机组改造成干气密封后仍存在干气密封失效的可能性.对各种可能失效原因进行分析,提出相应应对措施,提高改造后干气密封运行的可靠性,对其他有改造需求的机组有借鉴意义.
Application Analysis of Dry Gas Seal of Catalytic Gas Compressor After Modification
In the early stage,the seal of catalytic gas compressor is mostly floating ring seal,which has problems of low reliability and large oil consumption.At present,it has been gradually replaced by dry gas seals with more reliable and clean performance.After the floating ring seal is transformed into dry gas seal,the dry gas seal fails due to various reasons.In this paper,the causes of various possible failures were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures to improve the reliability of dry gas seal operation were put forward,which can be used as reference for other units with transformation requirements.
