通过优化超声波功率、溶液pH、氧化剂种类和浓度、反应时间和温度等影响有机废水降解效率的因素,确定最佳预处理条件为:超声功率为150 W,pH为6,加入1%的H2O2,预处理反应时间为25 min,反应温度为50℃,COD总去除率稳定在89%左右,其他污染物去除率稳定在80%以上.
Study on Effect of Ultrasonic Oxidation on Pretreatment of Organic Wastewater
By optimizing the factors that affect the degradation efficiency of organic wastewater,such as ultrasound power,solution pH,oxidant type and concentration,reaction time and temperature,the optimal pre-treatment conditions were determined as follows:ultrasound power was 150 W,pH was 6,1%H2O2 was added,pre-treatment reaction time was 25 min,reaction temperature was 50℃.Under above conditions,COD removal rate was stable at around 89%,and other pollutants removal rate was stable at over 80%.
