荧光光谱法是一种针对定量低浓度分析物检测的技术手段.近年来的研究进展表明,1,8-萘酰亚胺、罗丹明B、香豆素、喹啉等荧光团具有潜在的研究和应用价值.其中对 1,8-萘酰亚胺衍生物的研究不断增加,因为它们具有强吸收和发射波长、高光稳定性、大的 Stokes位移、较高的荧光量子产率以及 4 位结构易于修饰等优点.近年来,新型 4-取代 1,8-萘酰亚胺类荧光探针的设计和制备受到了广泛的关注.综述了 4-取代 1,8-萘酰亚胺类荧光探针的研究进展,通过在 1,8-萘酰亚胺单元的C-4位置引入不同的给电子或接受电子基团,可以实现改变1,8-萘酰亚胺类荧光探针的荧光性能.
Research Progress of 4-Substituted 1,8-naphthalimide Fluorescent Probes
Fluorescence spectroscopy is a technical tool for the detection of quantitative low-concentration analytes.Recent research progress shows that fluorophores with 1,8-naphthalimide,rhodamine B,coumarin,quinoline and other fluorescent probes have research value and potential applications.As a special environmentally sensitive fluorophore,1,8-naphthalimide derivatives are increasingly studied because of their strong absorption and emission in visible regions,high optical stability,large Stokes shift,high fluorescence quantum yield and easy modification of the 4-position structure.In recent years,the design and preparation of novel fluorescent probes for the 4-substitution 1,8-naphthalimide have attracted wide attention.The research progress of 4-substituted 1,8-naphthalimide fluorescent probes was reviewed.By introducing different electron-donating or electron-receiving groups at the C-4 position of the 1,8-naphthalimide unit,the modification of the fluorescence properties of 1,8-naphthalimide fluorescent probes can be achieved.
