戊烷装置以树脂循环溶剂、碳五分离装置脱轻塔顶萃余馏分及混二为原料,采用两段加氢工艺,一段加氢主要将原料中的部分双烯烃进行加氢,二段加氢主要将一段加氢后的产物全部加氢饱和,再通过精馏工艺分离生产得到正戊烷、异戊烷、环戊烷及发泡剂等产品.通过对戊烷装置原料组分及微量杂质的全面分析,确定了影响装置长周期运行的因素,并延长戊烷装置反应器运行周期的应对措施.
Analysis of Factors Affecting Long-Term and Stable Operation of C5 Hydrogenation Unit
The pentane plant adopts a two-stage hydrogenation process using resin-circulating solvent,light components of C5 separation unit and crude cyclopentane as raw materials to produce saturated hydrocarbon.The first stage hydrogenation process mainly hydrogenates part of the diolefin,and the second stage hydrogenation mainly hydrogenates all the products after hydrogenation.Finally the single component product is obtained by separation process.Products are n-pentane,isopentane,cyclopentane and blowing agent ect.Through the comprehensive analysis of the raw material components and microimpurity,the factors affecting the long cycle operation of the device were determined,and the countermeasures to extend the operation cycle of the pentane plant were given.
