Research and Discussion of Solid-phase Extraction Agent
As an important sample pretreatment technology,solid phase extraction agents has a wide application prospect.In this paper,the solid phase extraction agent was studied,its classification,selection,application field,preparation method,and future development trend were discussed,it was pointed out that the development of new solid phase extractant,the improvement of preparation method,the in-depth study of performance characterization,the expansion of application fields and the exploration of green environmental protection direction should be the important directions of future research.Through in-depth research and continuous optimization,the performance and extraction effect of the solid-phase extractant can be further improved to provide better support for practical applications.
