Practice and Exploration of Process Technology and Equipment Safety Management in Petrochemical Enterprises
With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of industrialization,the petrochemical industry is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy.In recent years,petrochemical enterprises at home and abroad frequent major safety accidents,people's lives and property security has been a serious threat.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the safety management of process technology and equipment in petrochemical enterprises.In order to improve the level of safety management in petrochemical enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety management of process technology and equipment in petrochemical enterprises,such as insufficient safety investment,lax check on equipment purchase and acceptance,etc.,introduces the fault diagnosis and monitoring technology,petrochemical safety simulation technology,etc.,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on renewing process technology and equipment and implementing risk management.
