Research on Chemical Process Improvement Based on Process Simulation and Optimization
The improvement method of chemical process based on process simulation and optimization was studied.Firstly,the chemical process was simulated to obtain accurate process model,including material balance,energy balance and equipment design.Then,the optimization method was used to improve the model to improve product quality,reduce cost and reduce environmental pollution,including parameter optimization,process reengineering and operation optimization.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved method were verified by experiments,and a specific case was given.The results of this study can provide new ideas and methods for chemical process improvement,and have certain theoretical and practical significance.
