气相色谱法测定重质二元醇

ShimCap-InoWax毛细管色谱柱和FID氢火焰离子化检测器被用于对重质二元醇的组分进行分离和检测.设置色谱条件,成功地分离了各个醇类组分,并取得了良好的检测效果.以榆林化学实际生产的重质二元醇为样品,和客户样品进行了对比研究.结果表明:在所选色谱条件下,重质二元醇的质量浓度与测量结果呈现良好的线性关系,测量范围为 0~100.003%;二乙二醇和三乙二醇组分也呈现出良好的线性关系,测量范围分别为 0~3.10%和 0~0.03%;相对标准偏差均小于 2%,符合要求;重质二元醇的加标回收率为99.78%~100.05%,变异系数为0.44%;二乙二醇和三乙二醇的加标回收率分别为99.48%~100.11%和98.13%~100.96%,变异系数分别为1.07%和0.75%;2个样品测定分析结果相对误差小于4%,结果可靠.
Determination of Heavy Diol by Gas Chromatography
ShimCap-InoWax capillary column and FID hydrogen flame ionization detector were used to separate and detect the components of heavy diol.By setting chromatographic conditions,various alcohol components were successfully separated and good detection results were obtained.The heavy diol actually produced by Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.was compared with the customer sample.The results showed that under the selected chromatographic conditions,the mass concentration of heavy diol had a good linear relationship with the measurement results,and the measurement range was 0~100.003%.The diethylene glycol and triethylene glycol components also showed a good linear relationship,and the measurement ranges were 0~3.10%and 0~0.03%respectively.The relative standard deviation was less than 2%,meeting the requirements.The recovery rate of heavy diol was 99.78%~100.05%,and the coefficient of variation was 0.44%.The recoveries of diethylene glycol and triethylene glycol were 99.48%~100.11%and 98.13%~100.96%respectively,and the coefficients of variation were 1.07%and 0.75%respectively.The relative error of the two samples was less than 4%,and the results were reliable.
