摘要
研究了水热条件对氢氧化镁粉末改性效果的影响,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X 射线衍射(XRD)、激光粒度分析仪和比表面仪等表征方法对所得产品进行了分析.结果表明:矿化剂浓度、温度和时间对产品粒径及形貌影响显著.以硫酸镁制得的氢氧化镁粉末为前驱体,在矿化剂浓度为0.6 mol·L-1、水热温度为140℃、水热时间为6 h条件下,可得到D50 为 10.58 μm、I001/I101 为1.22、比表面积为22.41 m2·g-1 的六方片形产品.
Abstract
The influence of hydrothermal conditions on the modification of magnesium hydroxide was investigated.The obtained products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X ray diffraction(XRD),laser particle size analyzer and surface area analyzer.The experimental results showed that the concentration of mineralizers,temperature,and time had significant effect on the particle size and morphology of the products.Using magnesium hydroxide powder prepared from magnesium sulfate as the precursor,under the conditions of mineralizer concentration of 0.6 mol·L-1,hydrothermal temperature of 140℃,and hydrothermal time of 6 h,hexagonal sheet shaped products with D50 of 10.58 μm,I001/I101 of 1.22 and specific surface area of 22.41 m2·g-1 could be obtained.
