Al2O3浓度对柔性摩擦辅助电镀Ni-Co复合镀层性能的影响

利用柔性摩擦辅助电沉积在炮钢表面制备n-Al2O3/Ni-Co复合镀层,研究镀液中Al2O3浓度对Ni-Co复合镀层的组织结构和性能影响.结果表明,当Al2O3为 5 g·L-1 时,镀层平均晶粒尺寸最小(9.6 nm),显微硬度最大(573.28 HV);腐蚀电化学研究表明,此时镀层自腐蚀电位正移至-0.304 V,自腐蚀电流较小(1.313 μA·cm-2),耐腐蚀性较好.
Effect of Plating Solution Al2O3 Mass Concentration on Properties of Flexible Friction-Assisted Electrodeposition Ni-Co Composite Coatings
Flexible friction-assisted electrodeposition was used to prepare n-Al2O3/Ni-Co composite coatings on the surface of gunmetal substrate,the effect of the concentration of Al2O3 in the plating solution on the organisational structure and properties of Ni-Co composite coatings was investigated.The results showed that the plating layer had the finest average grain size(9.6 nm)and the largest microhardness(573.28 HV)when the mass concentration of Al2O3 was 5 g·L-1.At this time,the self-corrosion potential of the coating shifted to-0.304 V,the self-corrosion current was small(1.313 μA·cm-2),and the corrosion resistance was good.
