Chiral Separation of Manidipine Enantiomers by Aqueous Two-phase Extraction
The enantiomeric recognition of manidipine was studied by using ethanol/ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase system containing chiral discriminant. The effects of the selection of chiral recognition agent, the concentration of recognition agent, the concentration of components to be separated and pH were investigated by single factor experiments, and the optimum separation conditions were determined as follows:the pH of the system was 3.0,the concentration of HP-β-CD was 0.4 mmol·L-1,the concentration of manidipine was 0.4 mmol·L-1,and acetonitrile-0.2%triethylamine solution(25∶75)was used as the mobile phase.Under above conditions, the separation effect of manidipine enantiomers was good, and the precision and reproducibility were good, meeting the separation of manidipine enantiomers.
