高模量树脂改性沥青混合料的性能研究

将高模量树脂添加到沥青混合料中,制备高模量树脂改性沥青,通过对试样的车辙试验、小梁弯曲试验、冻融劈裂试验、浸水马歇尔以及疲劳试验的研究,讨论 2 种不同掺量的高模量树脂对沥青混合料性能的影响.结果表明:随着高模量剂掺量的增加,当高模量剂的掺量为 0.6%时,沥青混合料的车辙性能和抗水损害能力表现出更优越的效果.这是因为高模量树脂的加入使沥青混合料的整体结构更加紧凑,矿粉、集料与沥青间的胶结更紧密,增强了路面的弹性模量和抗剪切性能,防止路面受到水分侵蚀而产生龟裂、脱落等损害,从而增强了路面的耐水性能和抗车辙性能.
Performance Study of High-Modulus Resin-Modified Asphalt Mixture
High modulus resin was added to the asphalt mixture to prepare high modulus resin modified asphalt.Through the study of rutting test,small beam bending test,freeze-thaw cracking test,water immersion Marshall and fatigue test on the specimens,the effect of two different doses of high modulus resin on the performance of asphalt mixture was discussed.The test results showed that with the increase of high modulus agent dose,when the dose of high modulus agent was 0.6%,the rutting performance and water damage resistance of the asphalt mixture showed a superior effect.This was because the addition of high modulus resin made the overall structure of asphalt mixture more compact,and the cementation between mineral powder,aggregate and asphalt was tighter,which enhanced the elastic modulus and shear resistance of the pavement and prevented the pavement from cracking,peeling and other damages caused by water erosion.This enhanced the water resistance and rutting resistance of the pavement.
