Preparation Process and Performance Evaluation of Novel Elastomers
The preparation process of TPEE elastomer mainly relies on the prepolymer of thermoplastic polyester(PET),which is processed and formed by adding crosslinking agents,reinforcing agents and other raw materials.Common processing methods include extrusion,injection molding,blow molding,compression and transfer molding.Among them,extrusion molding is a commonly used method for preparing TPEE elastomers,which can be achieved by using twin screw extruders and single screw extruders.When preparing TPEE elastomers,it is necessary to control different process parameters,including processing temperature,processing speed and mold temperature,to ensure product quality and performance.Adjusting these parameters can achieve different apparent forms of TPEE elastomers such as color,hardness,and thickness to meet the needs of different industrial fields.
