Synthesis,Characterization and Catalytic Properties of Amide Functional Nitrogen Heterocyclic Carbene Zinc Complexes
A novel amide-functional N-heterocyclic carbene zinc complex L1-Zn was synthesized by solvothermal reaction of diamido-functional N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC)ligand with ZnCl2.It was characterized by single crystal X ray diffraction(SC-XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and energy spectrum(EDX).The results showed that the crystal structure of the zinc complex was zero-dimensional.The complex could catalyze the ring-opening polymerization of lactide.Under the solvent-free condition, when the reaction temperature was 120℃,the reaction time was 3 h,and the molar ratio of monomer to catalyst was 100∶1,the conversion rate of lactide was 21%.
