Pyrolysis and Product Characteristics of Fushun Oil Shale
The pyrolysis characteristics of oil shale particles were studied in a fixed bed reactor with a central internals for directional gas extraction.The effects of the heating rate and pyrolysis temperature on the distribution of pyrolysis products and the composition of shale oil in two reactors were studied experimentally.The results showed that the heat transfer rate of the materials in the reactor with internals was more obvious,and the heating rate of the materials in the reactor with internals was about 1.6 times higher than that without internals when the pyrolysis temperature was 1 000℃.The internals reactor significantly inhibited the secondary reaction of pyrolytic gas and improved the yield of shale oil,and the highest yield was 6.81%at 1 000℃.However,the shale oil yield of reactor without internals decreased obviously,and the oil yield became the lowest 2.27%at 1 000℃,but the shale oil quality was improved.
