苯甲酸衍生物与烯烃反应的研究进展

导向基团协助的 C—H 键活化反应克服了传统交叉偶联反应中起始原料需要预先官能团化的缺点.在众多导向基团中,由于羧基容易转化,也容易除去,被认为是无痕导向基.羧酸与烯烃反应所得茚酮、苯酞等是生物活性分子、药物分子的基本结构单元,因此这类反应具有重大的合成意义.对近30年不同过渡金属催化苯甲酸衍生物与烯烃之间的反应进行阐述.
Research Progress in Reaction of Benzoic Acid Derivatives with Olefins
The C—H bond activation reaction assisted by the directing group overcomes the disadvantage of the need for pre-functionalization of the starting material in conventional cross-coupling reactions.Among many guide groups,the carboxyl group is considered as a traceless guide group due to its easy conversion and removal.Indone,phthalide obtained by the reaction of carboxylic acids with olefins are the basic structural units of bioactive molecules and drug molecules,so this kind of reaction has great synthetic significance.In this paper,the reactions between benzoic acid derivatives and olefins catalyzed by different transition metals in the last three decades were described.
