Research Progress in Application of Thiocarboxylic Acid as Acylation Reagent in Organic Synthesis
Thiocarboxylic acid is an important drug precursor, chemical raw material and chemical intermediate. Its unique chemistry makes the compound develop vigorously in organic synthesis, for example,it can be used as acyl precursor to synthesize amide derivatives. In this paper, the method of synthesizing amide derivatives by acylation reaction between thiocarboxylic acid as acyl precursor and nitrogen-containing compounds under different conditions was described, and the advantages and disadvantages of this method were summarized.
