摘要

近年来含氟炔烃作为创新偶联剂引起了合成界越来越多的兴趣,其中偕二氟亚甲基炔烃参与的C—H键官能化反应正在迅速发展.总结了过渡金属铑和铱催化偕二氟亚甲基炔烃参与的C—H键活化/环化反应.

Abstract

In recent years,fluorinated alkynes have attracted increasing interest in the synthesis community as innovative coupling agents.The C—H bond functionalization reaction involving difluoromethylene alkynes is rapidly developing.In this article,the C—H bond activation/cyclization reactions catalyzed by transition metals rhodium and iridium in the presence of bifluoromethylene alkynes was mainly summarized.
