Research Progress in Rhodium and Iridium Catalyzed C—H Activation and Annulation with Gem-Difluoromethylene Alkyne Compounds
In recent years,fluorinated alkynes have attracted increasing interest in the synthesis community as innovative coupling agents.The C—H bond functionalization reaction involving difluoromethylene alkynes is rapidly developing.In this article,the C—H bond activation/cyclization reactions catalyzed by transition metals rhodium and iridium in the presence of bifluoromethylene alkynes was mainly summarized.
