Research Progress in Construction of Pyridazine Skeleton by Hydrazone Derivatives
The pyridazine and compounds have wide application in fields closely related to people's livelihood,such as pharmaceuticals,chemicals,and pesticides,it is of great importance to developing simple and efficient synthesis methods to construct pyridazine skeletons.Acylhydrazone is a common class of organic building blocks,which can be used as a precursor for the formation of imino-isocyanates and azadienes,and it has received considerable attention from chemists in the construction of nitrogen-containing heterocycles.In this paper,the research progress for the synthesis of pyridazine compounds was reviewed,the preparation of pyridazine skeletons using acylhydrazone as the feedstock was discussed.
