Application and Optimization of Microreactor in Chemical Technology
Microreactor is a new type of reaction device,which has many advantages and is widely used in chemical industry.First of all,the heat transfer efficiency of the microreactor is very high,which makes the heat in the reaction process can be rapidly transferred out,to effectively control the reaction temperature.Secondly,the reaction time of the microreactor is very short,which can greatly shorten the reaction process and improve the production efficiency.In addition,the reaction temperature of the microreactor is uniform,which can ensure the stability of the reaction and the reduction of the side-reaction and the production of waste.At last,the reaction speed of the micro-reactor is quick,which can significantly improve the production efficiency,the manufacturing cost can be lowered.Therefore,the microreactor has great application potential in chemical process,which can improve the productivity and the quality of the products.With the development of science and technology,the application of microreactor will be more extensive.In this paper,application and optimization of microreactor in chemical process were discussed in order to provide reference for the research in related fields.
