室温合成UiO-66-NH2(Zr)的MOF材料及其对头孢克肟的吸附性能

摘要
通过一步法在室温下合成了NH2 功能化的Zr-MOF(UiO-66-NH2)材料,并利用 X射线单晶衍射分析和红外光谱对其结构进行了表征.合成的 UiO-66-NH2(Zr)对抗生素头孢克肟有很好的吸附,以 UiO-66-NH2(Zr)的荧光猝灭信号为指标,探究了不同条件下的吸附性能.结果表明:在pH=6.5的磷酸缓冲溶液中,在0.2 mg·mL-1 的吸附剂上,头孢质量浓度在0.01~2.00 mg·mL-1 时,荧光猝灭程度随着头孢的质量浓度增加呈线性关系.
Abstract
The NH2-functionalized Zr-MOF(UiO-66-NH2)material was synthesized by one-step method at room temperature.X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis and infrared spectroscopy was used to characterize the structure.The synthesized UiO-66-NH2(Zr)had good adsorption property to the antibiotic cefixime.The adsorption properties under different conditions was investigated by the fluorescence quenching of UiO-66-NH2(Zr).The results indicated that in phosphate buffer solution with pH=6.4,the fluorescence quenching showed a linear relationship with the increase of cefixime mass concentration at the range of 0.01~2.00 mg·mL-1 on 0.2 mg·mL-1 adsorbent.
