Preparation and Catalytic Properties of Heteropolyacids/Zr-MOF-808 Composite Catalyst
Zirconium-based metal organic framework(Zr-MOF-808)supported phosphomolybdic acid(HPMo)composite catalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method. The structure and morphology of composite were characterized using FTIR,XPS,SEM-EDS,N2 adsorption and desorption techniques, and applied to catalyze the esterification reaction of oleic acid(OA)with methanol. The optimal esterification reaction conditions after process optimization were determined as follows:reaction time 3 h,catalyst dosage 0.15 g,reaction temperature 150℃,molar ratio of oleic acid to methanol 1∶20.Under these conditions, the OA conversion rate reached 87.7%,and the HPMo/Zr-MOF-808 still had good catalytic activity after 6 cycle experiments.
