异质结的构建通常被认为是利用太阳能驱动光催化分解水产生氢的主要技术手段.其中Z型异质结光催化剂在还原水产氢方面受到越来越多的关注.构建了2D/2D/2D Bi2WO6/Ti3C2/g-C3N4 三元 Z 型光催化剂.在可见光照射下进行光催化产氢实验.结果表明:二维层状异质结可以促进光生载流子的有效分离,进而提高了催化活性.
Construction of 2D Layered Bi2WO6/Ti3C2/g-C3N4 Heterojunction and Its Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production Performance
The construction of heterojunctions is usually considered as the main technological means to produce hydrogen from solar-driven photocatalytic hydrogen production.Among them,Z-scheme heterojunction photocatalysts have received increasing attention in the field of overall water splitting.In this paper,2D/2D/2D Bi2WO6/Ti3C2/g-C3N4 ternary Z-scheme photocatalyst were successfully constructed.The photocatalytic hydrogen production experiments were performed under visible light irradiation.The results showed that the 2D(two-dimensional)layered heterojunctions could promote the effective separation of photogenerated carriers,which in turn improved the catalytic activity.
