羧酸酯咪唑鎓盐催化CO2与氧化苯乙烯的环加成反应

使用苯并咪唑、无水碳酸钾、乙腈溶剂与 4-溴甲基苯甲酸甲酯进行反应生成 1,3-双(4-苯甲酸甲酯)苯并咪唑鎓溴盐(MBBI+Br-).采用核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)、红外光谱(IR)、热重分析(TGA)对制备的催化剂 MBBI+Br-反应前后进行结构表征.结果表明:此催化剂在循环反应前后具有良好的稳定性.将 MBBI+Br-应用于催化 CO2 和氧化苯乙烯的环加成反应,在常压、催化剂用量为 2%(摩尔分数)、反应温度为100℃、反应时间为24 h的条件下,催化CO2 与氧化苯乙炔的环加成反应生成环状碳酸酯的产率达94%,且在循环5次实验后产率仍大于90%.
Cycloaddition Reaction of CO2 with Phenylacetylene Oxide Catalyzed by Carboxylate Imidazolium Salts
1,3-Bis(methyl 4-benzoate)benzimidazolium bromide(MBBI+Br-)was synthesized by the reaction of benzimidazole,anhydrous potassium carbonate,acetonitrile and methyl 4-bromomethylbenzoate.The structure of MBBI+Br-was characterized by 1H NMR,IR and TGA before and after catalytic reaction.The results from structural analysis showed that the catalyst had stable structure before and after the cycle reaction.The catalyst was applied to the cycloaddition reaction of CO2 and styrene oxide.Under normal pressure,the yield of the cycloaddition reaction of CO2 and phenylacetylene oxide could reach 94%when the amount of catalyst was 2%(mole fraction),the reaction temperature was 100℃,and the reaction time was 24 h.The yield could still reach more than 90%after 5 cycles of experiments.
