富硫酸钠废水资源化回收工艺的研究综述

摘要
许多化工生产过程中会产生大量难以处理的硫酸钠废水,直接排放的富硫酸钠废水会对环境产生相当大的负面影响,因此对其资源化回收具有重要的经济和环保收益.富硫酸钠高盐废水的处理方法包括蒸发结晶法、溶液复分解法、电膜法、生物法,论述了这 4 种方法在处理富硫酸钠废水与资源化回收方面的研究现状与目前存在的问题,并对未来处理硫酸钠废水的工业化前景进行了展望.
Abstract
Many chemical processes will produce large sodium sulfate wastewater,and the directly discharged sodium sulfate-rich wastewater will have a considerable negative impact on the environment,so its resource recovery has important economic and environmental benefits.The treatment methods of sodium sulfate-rich and high-salt wastewater include evaporation crystallization method,solution double decomposition method,electro-membrane method and biological method.In this paper,the research status and existing problems of these four methods in treating sodium sulfate-rich wastewater and recycling were discussed,and the industrial prospect of treating sodium sulfate wastewater in the future was prospected.
