混合基质膜兼具聚合物基质和无机/有机填料的优点,成为未来气体分离膜的理想选择.填充材料是混合基质膜的核心部分,其选择与设计极大地影响了薄膜的分离性能.概述了 2014-2023年不同类型多孔材料用于制备混合基质膜的研究,从气体选择性、渗透性、稳定性等方面来评价薄膜的分离性能.简要总结了混合基质膜在工业应用中所面临的挑战,为后续新型混合基质膜的设计及研发提供新思路.
Research Progress in Porous Materials Based Mixed Matrix Membranes for CO2 Separation
Mixed matrix membranes(MMMs)combining the merits of the polymer matrix and inorganic/organic fillers have become a preferable choice as future gas separation membrane.Fillers are the core part of the MMMs,and their selection and design greatly influence the separation performance.In this paper,the research of different types of porous materials used to prepare mixed matrix membranes from 2014 to 2023 was summarized,and the separation performance of the membranes was evaluated from the aspects of gas selectivity,permeability and stability.The challenges faced by mixed matrix membrane in industrial application were briefly summarized,providing new ideas for the design and development of new mixed matrix membrane in the future.
