Study on Preparation and Performance of a Cement Activator
Aiming at the low early strength problem of some ordinary portland cement in the market,a cement activator was designed to stimulate the early strength of some ordinary Portland cement,without affecting the later strength.The mechanism of cement activator in improving the early strength of cement was introduced,and through experimental research on its performance,the optimal ratio of formula raw materials was ultimately determined.Subsequently,through optimization of production process parameters,its application in industrial production was successfully achieved,which can decrease the cost of cement production and carbon emissions,and help manufacturers achieve high-quality and sustainable development strategies.
